First of all, I like JoeMo as a coach and a person... I'm rooting for him. This should end well financially, but it probably ends in flames on the field Joe is NOT dynamic. he is a bit up there in age and prob not willing to travel like most coaches. In the SEC the coach is the face of the team, his face looks like at attache general at the Pentagon. Secondly, he has a very thin skinned, he took great offense to the shots the offense kept taking about "50/50" balls, it really grated on him. The biggest problem will the run game, it won't be consistent and it's not traditional football, we are not talking about a bunch of enlightened people down in Mississippi.
Horrible fit, UCF, Oregon, Cal would have been much better fits.
Thin skin, stubborn, on the long end of the age scale, combined with a Flintstonian population is looking like an epic fail. If he plays it right, he can make his money, flame out, and be an OC again.
