And only a freshman! CA has so many studs and many more on the way up. I really want Jesse Vasquez to sign here but I’m pretty positive that’s not happening.
Of note he was wearing a Fresno State singlet. Would be a huge get for that program and would be pretty cool to see a local kid like him stay home.

He actually asked me if Cael would be in attendance for FloNationals. I've seen some big time coaches there in the past but never cael.
I would say Cael has a love hate relationship with flo at best

1) that is not an old school Fresno singlet. it's brand new and he had them in both blue and red. he's very tight with the Fresno program, Izzy Silva, in particular.

3) Cael has been to FloNationals
4) i did doubt that you talked to his father b/c he's been very, very sick recently. appears i was wrong about that.

I am certain that if Maryland offered Cael the head coaching job......Cael would consider it. How long and how positively he considered it is the question. Daton Fix took official visits and considered many offers. Did anyone not know he was going to Okie State? Cross the fingers but Pump the brakes.

High school freshman, with two and a half years until NLI can be signed. Looks like a promising recruit and wrestler for a D1 program, assuming good academics. We'll surely have more discussions in the next few years.

Is this a case where Vodka will be investigating whether an "agent" of PSU wrestling is out there recruiting a kid before it is allowed?
