thank goodness. I don't wish ill on anyone but this was ridiculous. The govt can't just reach into the markets and make an arbitrary decision like this. Did they put a moratorium on credit card bills, car payments, mortgages, HELOCs, plumber bills, water bills, electric bills, hooker bills?
