This new (2nd year) Kent State head coach, Sean Lewis, seems really good. Smart, articulate, great recruiter, commanding and inspiring presence.
He has quickly brought talent and depth, not to mention new attitude.
I'm guessing Kent's improving-but-still-not-overpowering OL and DL will be the main issues at Arizona State tonite, but Kent State does have skill players at QB, RB, and receiver.
Last year, Kent gave Illinois and Ole Miss a hard time. I'm hoping for similar tonite... but ASU has big lines and a Heisman candidate at RB. They'll be starting a much-heralded true freshman at QB. I'm hoping that Kent State can pressure and rattle him.
10pm PACN if anyone cares.
