What would have K. Carters electronic 40 time be if it was at the same Indy combine they have today?
I remember Phil once said he ran a 4.32 forty at PSU but that was hand timed, which is always slower than electronic. I have tried to research this and found all kinds of various times from 4.3's to 4.5's.
