I'm not getting this chart. Is the Quality of beer inversely proportional to the average number of teeth a resident has?

I get that the big Brewers rule the map...esp considering its basis is for what is most likely to find on tap. Just about every bar in America has a Bud/Miller/Coors available to appease the Everyman. I just don't get how Stella makes so many prominent states' top choice. Maybe because I find it profoundly overrated...it's the latter day Heineken....fancy swill for the masses.
