Lamar Stevens was pushed into the starting lineup while the Cavs shuffled their rotation. He's also helped with player-to-player accountability.

As a Cavs fan, he’s been tremendous for them this season. His defense, particularly with the smaller backcourt of Mitchell and Garland, will be crucial for them moving forward. He definitely has a chance to become a well-compensated 3&D wing.

So happy for him. He committed to us during the "Grow With Us" phase of Pat's tenure.

Both sides benefitted. This feels like what college sports at their best should be. Undersized, sort of tweener who matured into a more consistent deep shooter, dribble drive player in control, good rebounder due to strength and versatile defender. His leadership was fantastic.

He has earned everything he has.
