I am sure that McSorley was looking at the big scoreboard when he took a knee, and I know that he was excited.....but I would have preferred him staying upright for another 2-3 seconds........you could almost make the argument that he begins his slide before the 0.00 was on the clock and if a clock operator had a quick trigger.......who knows what could have happened...Trace could have waited a little bit before taking the knee.
I thought that it was the right play......the QB just needs to make sure that the clock is at zero before he slides.......
Also watching the game on my tv after retruning from the game.....the first play of the second half.....Gesicki stones a linebacker for like 4 seconds giving time for Blacknall to cut to the middle of the field.....Mike G. will not be mistaken for Kyle Brady in body type or blocking....but his improvement in his ability to be physical this year along with his improved hands have been fun to watch.
