according to this very uncredible source, Alex Jones. But it does appear to be recording. Will anyone take it seriously? If you don't know who Mac Wallace was, look him up. Previously, Roger Stone (who, IMHO, is also not very credible) called Mac Wallace "LBJ's personal hit-man".
