Lebron got the most votes of all, and Steph got the most votes in the Western Conference, so they will be the two team captains, and will be picking the teams.

The starters from the Eastern Conference, other than LeBron, are Kyrie Irving, Giannis Antetokounpo, Joel Embiid, and DeMar DeRozan. The starters from the Western Conference, other than Steph, are KD, Harden, Boogie, and the Brow. (Yeah, two guys from New Orleans.) Glad to see Embiid as an All Star starter.
The All Star reserves, to be selected by NBA head coaches, will be announced Tuesday. Lebron and Steph will be picking among them, too.
I'm betting that LeBron picks KD first. (The captains can pick players from either Conference.)
I hope that Klay makes it, but think he may get left off in favor of Damian Lillard this year. Lillard is averaging 25 ppg and 6 assists per game, and I think he deserves the nod. But maybe Chris Paul and/or Jimmy Butler gets left out this year in favor of Lillard and/or Klay..
