What happens if a Priest, Minister, Rabbi or Imam refuses to marry a Gay couple in their Church, Synagogue or Mosque? What legal recourse does the Gay couple have? (this question would apply to the United States, obviously we know what would happen to a Gay couple in a Muslim Country))
