Hey guys, after today's confirmation that Miles is taking an official to Michigan State, I thought I would take a moment and spread some, "experience" in having been a member of this board for several years.
In my experience, I would venture to guess that around 85%-90% of the "rumors" that are posted on this board are legit. Granted, many rumors we receive are bad news (especially the past few years), people's feathers get ruffled because they don't want to believe it or can't believe it. I'm here to tell you guys that don't have the years experience on this board that I have, when a rumor is posted, you can believe it or not, but I would suggest that you take note and respect the post. Many of the guys on this board are more connected than what many of you give them credit for.
The last couple of weeks, a couple quality posters got blasted for breaking the "Shoop to Tenneessee" news well before Tenneessee's DC at the time was even let go. The same thing last night with the possibility of Miles Sanders taking a visit to MSU. Many of the guys who break this stuff are just as connected or possibly more so than the BWI staff. It would be a shame to run these posters off just because they are posting a "rumor" that we don't like.
With that being said, my advice to many of you all, based on my experience over the years on here, where there's smoke, there's fire. The majority of the "rumors" posted on here turn out to be absolutely correct. My hope for the future of Penn State and my overall mental health in following PSU the past few years, is that we start little by little receiving good rumors on here instead of bad ones.
