Temple was ready for a rumble. I actually thought we would be all right in this one but I was expecting a close game.

1. Palmer wasn't ready for prime time.

2. Their linebacker was outstanding.

3.Barkley, other then one meaningless carry, sat on the bench.

4. When Wartman-White suffered his devastating knee injury the D fell apart.

5. Hack lost his poise and threw a terrible quick six.

O$U hosted their blackout

1. Hack was pretty good until he lost all mobility after he hurt his leg.

2. Our young linebackers tried hard and will be much better next season. I wonder, will Wartman-White return for a fifth year?

3. OSU had too much power in their backfield and their D, as usual, was outstanding when it mattered.

4. Their punting was awesome; our punting was horrible.

5. Barkley absolutely amazed me. That was not a crap D we were watching as Saquon juked, stiff-armed, sped, and powered his way to 194 yards with a big one called back.

Temple is not as good as their record indicates. I will say their coach will soon be at Maryland. He knows the territory and people are again looking for members of the Joe Paterno tree.
