Suspected killer under arrest in PA for apparently shooting a man in the back in NYC. How should he be treated, arrest and jury trial (remember he comes from a wealthy family and he's white). Will his status and $$$$ have any bearing on how the system treats him - OJ got away with murder and a lot of others with power and money get away with crimes others would not.
