Some of you may have heard that "Morning Joe" on MSNBC had a very ignorant discussion about the "Penn State Scandal" yesterday. I have written an extensive rebuttal on the major media website Mediaite which is an absolute MUST-read/share for anyone who cares about the truth of this matter and specifically the reputation of Joe Paterno. I went out on a big limb to get Mediaite to even publish this column and it is a major step in the right direction that they took this chance. It is very important that this piece be shared widely so that they may be willing to go even further on this story in the future. Thank you for your support. http://www.mediaite.com/tv/morning-joe-gets-it-wrong-in-rehashing-of-penn-state-scandal/

Loved the analogy to "Hand up don't shoot!" Just need Barron to walk in with his hands up at the next BOT meeting

ABSOLUTELY Spot-on with your analysis - except you seem to believe that all this happened "by chance". Unfortunately, I am quite certain that this entire "Sandusky Scandal" is and has been a crime against Targets within Penn State. It is in actuality an engineered public relations-driven attack created to divert the public's attention from some politically damaging wrong-doings which were brewing at the time (maybe are STILL continuing).

The entire "STORY" we now fight against has just too many coordinated parts to it to exist naturally. In short, after 4 years of painfully obtained real information there is NOW TOO MUCH political DNA visible in the "STORY" for it to be anything but what it is - a politically engineered assassination. It is the unique combination of methods and special resources (Freeh) used to promote engineered misinformation which ultimately certifies who our real criminals are.

Looking back to day 1, notice how thoughtfully constructed were the media disseminated "catch terms" ...."Morally should have done more", "10 year old RAPE", "Football First Criminal Culture", "JoeBotts" (the list goes on!!!).... These terms were carefully engineered to create the most negative images possible without referencing anything truthful or factually correct. Notice how they continue TODAY!!!

Facts throughout this ordeal is have been the enemy of "The Story". It is political deception 101.....creating the misinformation which promotes an illusion that covers up reality.

Here may be a new one to consider....in the original OAG Presentment, the MM shower incident was 2002. Could that convenient 2002 "date mix-up" have been used because until August 2002 the SOL in PA Child Sex Abuse was 5 Years past 18th birthday?? Was that why the shower "victim" was reported to be 10 years old??? That meant that anyone older than 23 could not press charges. How many of the "victims" were older than 23 in 2011???

Random errors...I doubt it!

portion of Ziggy's article:
It is obvious to people who have actually studied the case that if Paterno had not testified to the grand jury that McQueary had told him of something “sexual in nature,” that Sandusky never even gets arrested. This is how weak — contrary to public perception — the case against Sandusky was after two years of investigation.

portion of P-L article: Dec 2011
Joe Paterno's minutes-long January testimony before a grand jury investigation Jerry Sandusky was read into the record in absence of his in-person testimony at a hearing for two Penn State officials.
Read aloud by a representative for the Attorney General's office, his testimony lasted 6 minutes in court Friday.
Here is what he said: McQueary called him on a Saturday morning, he couldn't remember what year.
McQueary told him he'd seen Sandusky who was "fondling a young boy" in the showers of the Lasch Building.

"It was of sexual nature
. I'm not sure exactly what it was. I didn't push Mike ... because he was obviously very upset," according to his testimony.

Thank you John,

I recall Ray Blehar touched on this particular idiom "It was of sexual nature” in the last couple of months. My understanding is that this particular one of Joe’s testimony was recorded by the AG’s office and later transcribed in writing for the GJ.

I can’t remember in detail all of Ray’s blogs, but I believe it was mentioned that the testimony Joe gave relating to Mike McQ may have be transcribed in reverse……I believe the Paterno's attorneys are in the process of acquiring the original recording of the conversation to confirm.

Was it or It was of a sexual nature…most of us know that JoePa always had that personality to answer a question with a question.
