Tried to have it dismissed claiming prosecutorial immunity but since she participated as investigator, the case will go to discovery. A political hack playing games with the justice system maybe getting her just reward. I am thinking that at least a disbarment is in order and hopefully a yuuuuuge settlement for the police officers.
