Nevills absence has nothing to do with protecting his seed at the B10 tournament. He was in Colorado wrestling in a tournament (which he won) in order to get more matches in, which could POSSIBLY help him qualify for the NCAAs.

Iowa is number 2 in the dual meet rankings, the tournament rankings have Oklahoma State in 2nd.

You are correct about Nevills however, and I was incorrect about the reason for the hold out.

Nevills now only needs two more wins...the option is to enter somewhere this weekend, or hold him out, assuming he can get the two he needs at B1G's.
