2026 three-star linebacker Mathieu Kanu had already booked an official visit to State College in June, but he will get another look at Penn State on April 5th, as he is set to come to campus for a spring unofficial visit.
Kanu became a target for the Nittany Lions back in November 2024 and has continued to be a key linebacker in the class for James Franklin and company. The Virginia native also visited for a junior day at the end of January, where Penn State took another step forward in his recruitment, to the point that we see the Nittany Lions as the current leader for Kanu.
