So this is a movie on Netflix staring Natalie Portman and Julianne Moore. it is loosely based on the mary kay letourneau story. MKL was a teacher who bedded a 7th (age 13) student and was convicted and sentenced to six months in prison largely due to the fact that she gave birth (fathered by the child) while awaiting sentencing. Its a long story and you can read about it here. But suffice to say that she and the boy married, and later divorced.
SPOILER ALERT...
The movie is about Portman, an actor, living with Moore (letourneau) because Portman is going to be playing her in a movie and wants to understand it. The movie portrays their relationship as normal and they are successfully raising a family of three kids. So normal, in fact, that Portman decides to seduce the young man and have sex with him.
So, two points here. With the post regarding the democrats blocking flight logs on Epstien's lolita express, Hollywood continues to portray weird sexual, and illegal, events as being normal. These are both actors that had several projects with Harvey Weinstein. Secondly, and this is the weridest, The Golden Globes classified the movie as "Comedy or Musical", nominating Portman and Moore plus a nomination for best movie in that category for awards!
