After yesterday's Justin Shorter kerfuffle (or covfefe depending on your political orientation), I was reading a lot of comments that were so frickin' negative and angry that I wanted to put about ten people on "ignore." And I hate the idea of deleting people from a discussion. So...
Maybe some of us can remind ourselves of how much we can be grateful for--just relating to Penn State sports (we can devote ourselves to appreciating everything else in our lives tomorrow). After the nuclear disaster of the Sandusky scandal, and the abject failure of the University leadership to deal with it effectively, we sit in the Top Ten, soon to be invited--again--to a major bowl game. Our head football coach is a class act, serious about continuing the genuine academic focus of the program. Recruiting is going well, and our players are in general acting like civilized human beings.
Feel free to add your own positive comments. And may tomorrow be a beautiful day for every poster here.
