Heading over to my psu friends place as we haven't gotten to yell and swear together this year. I was in Schuylkill county recently and went to Kowaleneks Kielbassi shop in Shenendoah and picked up a bunch of goodies which I've saved some of. Their meats are incredible. The Farmers Bacon is in a zone of its own
I am make 40lbs of buffalo chicken bites. Unfortunately, my kids field hockey game is rescheduled for 230 tomorrow and the bites are for the stand. 😱
Been watching that Dahmer Netflix documentary I see.

Pastrami. Soaked it last night. Rubbed and smoked it today. Will steam it tomorrow during the game
I have a batch of jerky in the dehydrator as I type this, a couple hours to go
Roasted, then toasted, and burnt to a crisp corn (hoping it's a-MAIZE-thing)!
