I remember seeing discussion about new rules the put in place a "hard" cap of 25 commits who can sign each year with a team, starting with the 2018 class. But I also recall there were open questions about whether there would be any "loopholes" that would allow signing more than 25 (for example, if some of them could "count" towards the previous year's class).
Does anyone know if guidance has come out that answers whether the "hard" cap of 25 is real, or if there are exceptions to it?
If the cap is for real, then we have to assume Miss St. is going to have to lose one of those 26 verbal commits before the final signing day in Feb 2018, correct?
Apologies if this has already been asked and answered, and I just missed it.
