I know it's early but in two games, we have not found a replacement for Godwin. How many catches and yards did they have combined? What's more glaring is that these 3 are veterans and have all been on campus for at least 3 years.
Not to mention if Pitt was selling out to stop the run, these guys should have been open. I know Trace has missed some throws, but it hasn't been that many and not all the missed throws were to the WRs.
I will say Thompkins appears to have the it factor on punt returns and looks good in down field blocking. Also Hamilton had a pretty good game as well. No drops!
