And this, ladies and gentleman, is your Portland Cement Crack of the Week.Mrs. Felli is a great person and any attempt to question her actions will not be tolerated......
I thought Mrs. Felli was an ape?Mrs. Felli is a great person and any attempt to question her actions will not be tolerated......
Well, according to her son, she descended from one, so yeah, she's prolly got ape gene.I thought Mrs. Felli was an ape?
It's creepy as hell that you know that and think you should repeat it.FWIW, House speaker, Paul Ryan’s sister in-law found her daughter a private cleaning service to clean her daughter’s dorm room once a week. (I know because my kid was 2 doors down the hall)
It's creepy as hell that you know that and think you should repeat it.
I enjoyed it. Shows how in touch some people aren’t with the people they represent.
Pray tell why? Did Ryan or his family/staff pay him to sign an NDA?It's creepy as hell that you know that and think you should repeat it.
No. Because he’s a grown-ass man kvetching about how some college kid cleans her room.Pray tell why? Did Ryan or his family/staff pay him to sign an NDA?
No. This thread is about a college age kid who needs his mom to help him get laid. This thread is about helicopter parenting right? How much more “helicoptering” than having your mommy find and pay for a cleaning service for your dorm room?
No. Because he’s a grown-ass man kvetching about how some college kid cleans her room.
What are you morons talking about with this NDA stuff? And, you do realize that we’re talking about Paul Ryan’s sister in law, and not an actual politician? You and Ned are frickin weird.Firstly, he didn’t expose that a privileged kid couldn’t be bothered to clean her own dorm room. A private cleaning service in a dormitory is odd and is going to stand out like a sore thumb. I’m sure lots of people knew about it. You think the other kids on the floor signed NDA’s? Secondly, it goes to illustrate how out of touch the political class is with respect to the rest of us. People go to Washington as successful but normal working Joes and leave multi-millionaires. It’s a sick, broken, corrupt system that warps people’s views on life - case in point, a college kid who needs a freaking cleaning service.

He needs a combination mentor/wingman. 'Ro, you would be perfect for the job. LOL ...No. This thread is about a college age kid who needs his mom to help him get laid.
Guessing based on the picture of the mom that he doesn't measure up.Perhaps mom should get herself a camera and then use the Mike McQ method of meeting coeds for her son!
I love how the definition of 'harassment' has devolved over the years... seriously asking someone if they would be interested in dating your son is harassment? The lady appears to be of Asian decent, and if memory serves me correctly arranged marriages are still happening all over Asia, so why does this surprise anyone?
In general, harassment can be construed as any unwanted interaction. Keep in mind that this woman also entered University property to seek out girls to date her son. So, add trespassing to that.
Arranged marriages still happen, both in Asia and the Asian communities in the West. The difference is that in an arranged marriage, the parents of the two parties meet and discuss the arrangement, and then the kids meet. That is not the situation here.
Harassment used to be 'repeated' unwanted interaction.
Towson is a publicly funded university, so how can this be 'trespassing'?
I know how arranged marriage typically are formed... just saying this could be a 'cultural' difference the lady doesn't understand.
My daughter had a friend who’s mom got a motor home and stayed near the college for the first month of her daughter’s freshman year so she could be close by. Weird.I know it’s totally pathetic but I actually know a mother who moves in with her daughter cooks and cleans and hangs out with all the kids.
Twisted.
FWIW, House speaker, Paul Ryan’s sister in-law found her daughter a private cleaning service to clean her daughter’s dorm room once a week. (I know because my kid was 2 doors down the hall...and no, we didn’t pay for a cleaning service)
It may be publicly funded, but that doesn't mean anyone and everyone has the right to walk into any building they want. I can't walk into a dorm or lab of a public University just because I pay taxes.
