Summary-
No gun laws were exploited in 14 or 19 mass shootings and pending legislation is inconsequential.
"Straw purchase" gun law violated in one case (San Bernardino) and pending legislation is inconsequential.
Failure to execute existing gun laws in three cases and pending legislation inconsequential.
"Gun show loophole" exploited in one case (Midland, TX). Pending legislation, if properly executed, might have prevented this shooting.

So there you have it, sans the hyperbole and conflagration of the lying, dishonest Fake News. Pending legislation would not have stopped 95% of the mass shootings. But full steam ahead with further restrictions on law-abiding gun owners. Let's continue to punish the innocent majority for the actions of a few bad actors. The proposed laws are for politicians' benefit; to make them feel good. They're not for our benefit. The numbers don't lie.

Thank you.
