Not the first time I can remember this happening. In the end, you need access to drugs to be able to get them in the quantities to be able do something illegal with them and trainers have access to that type of quantity. But you know it is probably doubtful that he did this all on his own and most likely some other people in the WFT organization right now crapping their pants.
