Mustipher done for season?

If you closely watched (perhaps rewatch) that game, Ferentz actually pre-instucted both his offensive and defensive linemen to “land” on PSU players….using their body mass to purposely inflict injury

The utmost sign of a dirty and desperate coach

It is by his means of instruction that PJ and SC both got injured.

Personally speaking, I think Kirk desired to replace Joe (and reluctantly BillO) before he realized that PSU’s Admin thankfully realized he was nothing other than a gum-chewing sideline embarrassment from North Pittsburgh.

Kirk will be eventually judged by St. Peter who won’t take kindly to his “win at all costs” transparent methods of semi-success, especially the dirty brown urine.

The evidence is on tape…

Sucks for him. Hope he has another year of eligibility to heal and show he is ready for the NFL. Dude deserves a high draft pick, and good signing bonus and a solid look. Great player
No, he does not have another year of eligibility. PJ has played his last down for Penn State. He could play again in 2022 if he were to use the "mulligan" that the NCAA offered for the 2020 season; however, James has said that the staff is not going to use that. For Penn State, the 2020 season counted toward eligibility. PJ has played four seasons and will move on to professional football next year.

Maybe he will make exceptions for year ending injuries. Of course, only if PJ wants to go that route. Whatever he feels,is best for him should be done.

If PJ wants to come back Franklin will have him back. Ditto for Clifford and a few other guys.

James is (deservedly) fired up!!! There is nothing more this coach, this team, and this fanbase want more than a shot at Iowa in December. It's going to be very difficult to get there ... but if it happens ...
Was just telling my wife same thing. That if somehow we run gauntlet and get to Indy, if Iowa is opponent, they better f n stand ready for an ass whooping, because this team would go in with intent of destroying those Iowa SOBs.

Just looked at the game day roster in the Daily Collegian from the Villanova game and it lists PJ as a junior.

These are general guidelines. Exhibit A, Jaquan Brisker.

Wasn't Mustipher peddling the bike after getting injured? Maybe I'm thinking of somebody else.

Don't think I've ever seen the hate - despise for a team on this board like there is for Iowa right now. If you do get to Indy this year, that would be a can't miss TV game for me

Penn State's defense largely dominated Iowa's offense, and the Nittany Lions were dominating the game until Clifford got hurt and did not return.

Franklin and Ferentz both said they had the utmost respect for the other's program and did not directly the accuse the other of doing something untoward, but I have to say it looks like Franklin wins this exchange.
