Here they are. Hope you have enjoyed. Only Maryland and Rutgers yet in Big 10 dual next weekend and I don't think that one dual will change very much if anything.

I tried to do a note for each guy since this is the last one. To avoid a long message I am going to post each weight as a different post.

125 lbs. – projecting 9 qualifiers so will be seeded to 14
1. Sebastian Rivera (Northwestern) (20-1, 6-0 Big 10 Starters) – beat the defending champ for only loss at weight, good chance to note that record vs. Big 10 starters is person’s record vs. other seeded wrestlers at a particular weight (i.e. loss to Micic (133) not include or wins/losses to who I feel are the backups

2. Spencer Lee (Iowa) (16-1, 8-1 Big 10 Starters) – defending national champion with only loss coming to Rivera

3. Rayvon Foley (Michigan State) (29-2, 6-1 Big 10 Starters) – Foley lost 14-4 against Rivera, no head-to-head with Russell as both have beaten all below but Foley has been more dominant in those wins

4. Sean Russell (Minnesota) (22-3, 6-1 Big 10 Starters) – Has closer loss to top 2 as Lee beat him 4-0, could flip with Foley as he is one spot higher in coaches rank but Foley has been more dominant in wins against common opponents

5. Travis Piotrowski (Illinois) (13-8, 5-5 Big 10 Starters) – split with Mattin but won the most recent meeting in the dual and is one spot higher in coaches rank, all other losses are to higher seeds

6. Drew Mattin (Michigan) (15-5 , 6-4 Big 10 Starters) – split with Piotrowski, both 3-2 matches, but did give Rivera his closest match of the season at 125 including Lee (L, 5-2)

7. Zeke Moisey (Nebraska) (11-8, 5-5 Big 10 Starters) – very easy seed, lost to all above (including Piotrowski and Mattin) and beat everybody below (including Heinselman and Schroder)

8. Devin Schroder (Purdue) (17-8, 2-3 Big 10 Starters) – No head-to-head with Heinselman but does have a significantly better coaches rank

9. Malik Heinselman (Ohio State) (21-6, 2-3 Big 10 Starters) – just barely qualifying spot in coaches rank and does have a weird loss to Cronin who became Indiana’s backup it looks like but he did beat Oliver from Indiana

10. Elijah Oliver (Indiana) (22-15, 1-4 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Metzler as he only recently got back into lineup, significantly better win % than anybody below him

11. Brandon Cray (Maryland) (6-13, 1-5 Big 10 Starters) – beat Rotondo handily in the only match this season among sees 11-14 so not much to go off of and could very easily change

12. Devin Schnupp (Penn State) (6-14, 0-7 Big 10 Starters) – does have the win against Cronin which was solid so he could go up to 11 possibly or fall to 14

13. Ethan Rotondo (Wisconsin) (14-7, 0-3 Big 10 Starters) – Just got into the lineup with Brown being out. Brown would be #5 since he beat Piotrowski which hurts Wisconsin’s score but he has not wrestled a lot of starters which skews his record

14. Shane Metzler (Rutgers) (8-14, 0-6 Big 10 Starters) – wrestle stat says he is the worst, is that a good reason? He did lose soundly to Cray and so he can’t go higher than 12

133 lbs. – Projecting 8 qualifiers so seeds 8-14 might be random draw; 9th dependent on Konrath final #s)

1. Steven Micic (Michigan) (13-0, 6-0 Big 10 Starters) – undefeated and #1 in coaches rank, returning finalist

2. Austin DeSanto (Iowa) (16-1, 7-0 Big 10 Starters) – undefeated in Big 10 duals, but does have 1 dual loss

3. Nick Suriano (Rutgers) (19-3, 2-2 Big 10 Starters) – only two conference losses are to the ranked above him

4. Luke Pletcher (Ohio State) (20-3, 7-2 Big 10 Starters) – does have to loss to Bravo-Young but it was in rideout, but Lizak in head-to-head but interesting that Lizak is higher is latest coaches rank

5. Ethan Lizak (Minnesota) (23-4, 8-2 Big 10 Starters) – only conference losses are to those above him

6. Ben Thornton (Purdue) (17-7, 3-5 Big 10 Starters) – lost to everyone above at least once, has head-to-head over Bravo-Young

7. Roman Bravo-Young (Penn State) (16-2, 4-1 Big 10 Starters) – only loss is to Thornton but does have the better coaches rank and win% so wouldn’t shock me to see him at #6 but can’t see higher than that

8. Dylan Duncan (Illinois) (11-9, 5-5 Big 10 Starters) – does have a lower loss to Lantz but should secure potentially the final bid for the conference

9. Paul Konrath (Indiana) (18-10, 1-2 Big 10 Starters) – no real baseline as win is versus Anderson of Maryland, Pepple was in very bottom of coaches rank last week so Konrath has an outside shot at securing bid if he is the guy

10. Anthony Tutolo (Michigan State) (17-12, 2-4 Big 10 Starters) – all losses to above, head-to-head vs. Valdiviez and did have RPI

11. Colin Valdiviez (Northwestern) (11-13, 3-8 Big 10 Starters) – had the final RPI of the 133 class and no losses to below

12. Jens Lantz (Wisconsin) (11-13, 2-6 Big 10 Starters) – does have win over Duncan which is the most impressive of group but did get beat head-to-head by Valdiviez

13. Jevon Parrish (Nebraska) (13-9, 1-6 Big 10 Starters) – only win is versus Anderson in conference

14. Orion Anderson (Maryland) (4-16, 0-8 Big 10 Starters) – loss to Lantz and Parrish among others

141 lbs (projecting 9 qualifiers so will seed to 14 if that holds)

1. Nick Lee (Penn State) (23-1, 7-1 Big 10 Starters) – Call this my bold prediction but Lee is the highest ranked in the coaches release of the top three and suffered his only loss in OT. I also think some coaches will punish Carr for missing the last dual and so Lee will get either #1 or #2 votes and Carr will get #1 or #3 votes (behind McKenna) to be the difference

2. Mike Carr (Illinois) (11-2, 6-0 Big 10 Starters) – Undefeated I think he will split #1 and #3 votes

3. Joey McKenna (Ohio State) (16-1, 5-1 Big 10 Starters) – higher than Carr in the coaches poll by two spots but he will split #2 and #3 votes from coaches and end up hitting Carr in semis (if my prediction holds)

4. Tristan Moran (Wisconsin) (19-6, 5-2 Big 10 Starters) – Lost to McKenna, Carr, beat Lee and pinned McKee

5. Mitch McKee (Minnesota) (15-3, 7-2 Big 10 Starters) – Beat everybody below (and a lot of them), McKee and Storr are very close but McKee has been slightly more dominant vs. common opponents

6. Kanen Storr (Michigan) (20-4, 6-3 Big 10 Starters) – Storr could very easily be 5 and did have a higher coaches rank than both Moran and McKee but I just see him as #6

7. Max Murin (Iowa) (12-5, 5-3 Big 10 Starters) – has the weird loss by fall against Luigs but has been everybody else below him

8. Chad Red (Nebraska) (15-10, 1-5 Big 10 Starters) – wrestled a lot of the top guys, did beat Lipari who beat Limmex (who I am projecting to get a bid)

9. Peter Lipari (Rutgers) (9-10, 2-6 Big 10 Starters) – interesting to me because I don’t have Lipari qualifying one of the 9 bids but he did beat Limmex in overtime

10. Nate Limmex (Purdue) (16-12, 2-6 Big 10 Starters) – better overall ranking than Lipari and in the coaches rank (which Lipari was not) but he lost the head-to-head, seeded 10th even though I have him qualifying the ninth and final bid

11. Kyle Luigs (Indiana) (13-14, 1-4 Big 10 Starters) – Pinned Murin but lost to Limmex, could also be 12

12. Austin Eicher (Michigan State) (13-11, 1-4 Big 10 Starters) – beat McKenna for only conference win

13. Danny Bertoni (Maryland) (13-12, 0-4 Big 10 Starters) – winning record overall was difference to me although he was a backup doing opens for some of the year

14. Alec McKenna (Northwestern) (8-10, 0-7 Big 10 Starters) – was the man all year long for Northwestern, will coaches reward that with 13 seed over Bertoni?

149 lbs. (projecting 8 bids and I am not sure who would get a ninth to make them seed 14)

1. Anthony Ashnault (Rutgers) (22-0, 10-0 Big 10 Starters) – He has been pretty good this year, including a 14-10 win over Jordan

2. Micah Jordan (Ohio State) (21-1, 8-1 Big 10 Starters) – only loss all season was to Ashnault

3. Patrick Lugo (Iowa) (14-6, 4-1 Big 10 Starters) – took Ashnault to overtime but Jordan has been more dominant overall while Lugo has outside losses as well

4. Thomas Thorn (Minnesota) (15-8, 5-3 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Martin but has a weird split with Shearer

5. Cole Martin (Wisconsin) (15-9, 4-4 Big 10 Starters) – Lost to Thorn but should be a quarterfinal matchup again

6. Brady Berge (Penn State) (15-2, 3-1 Big 10 Starters) – He is the third highest ranked 149 Big 10 wrestler in the coaches poll but lost to Martin and did not see Lugo or Thorn.

7. Malik Amine (Michigan) (9-6, 3-5 Big 10 Starters) – another split with Oster who is lower than him but is ranked by the coaches

8. Fernie Silva (Indiana) (3-9, 2-3 Big 10 Starters) – Definitely interested to see where they put him. Not a good record but has beaten Bannister and took Ashnault to overtime. Also got pinned by Lugo and majored by Thorn

9. Alfred Bannister (Maryland) (13-6, 3-3 Big 10 Starters) – Did beat anybody in coaches poll in Big 10 and lost to both Amine and Martin by 1 and Silva by 2 so how do they justify moving him higher even though he probably should?

10. Shayne Oster (Northwestern) (9-10, 3-5 Big 10 Starters) – Just made it into coaches rank at 30, split with Amine who I have above and Kanzler who I have below, beat Shearer

11. Jordan Shearer (Nebraska) (8-8, 2-7 Big 10 Starters) – split with Thorn and lost to Oster. No losses coming to anybody below him while undefeated versus that group

12. Christan Kanzler (Illinois) (2-12, 2-7 Big 10 Starters) – Kanzler beat Enriquez and split with Oyster, but lost to Shearer. Only two wins all year were conference wins.

13. Jaden Enriquez (Michigan State) (14-17, 1-4 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Filius for lone conference win

14. Parker Filius (Purdue) (8-17, 0-6 Big 10 Starters) – Did not have a conference starting caliber win and was beaten by Enriquez

157 lbs. (projecting 10 qualifiers in a weight that had 8 of the top 10 in the coaches panel)

1. Jason Nolf (Penn State) (22-0, 6-0 Big 10 Starters) – Pretty good and not challenged inone of the strongest weight classes in the conference

2. Tyler Berger (Nebraska) (21-2, 8-2 Big 10 Starters) – Has the loss to Parriott who is ranked but will be down in the seeds but did beat Deakin

3. Ryan Deakin (Northwestern) ( 23-2, 8-2 Big 10 Starters) – Only losses all year to Nolf and Berger

4. Alec Pantaleo (Michigan) (13-6, 6-2 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Barone and Hayes and is only undefeated wrestler in conference when you take away results against top 3, lost 11-9 to Deakin

5. Kaleb Young (Iowa) (15-3, 5-3 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Bleise but did take an OT loss to Barone who is below him

6. Steve Bleise (Minnesota) (15-4, 6-3 Big 10 Starters) – Lost to Young convincingly (7-1) but has beaten everybody who is below him

7. Ke-Shawn Hayes (Ohio State) (17-7, 5-6 Big 10 Starters) – Ranked No. 7 in coaches national poll and seventh in the conference but did not face Young or Bleise and split with Barone (won dual to give him the edge)

8. Eric Barone (Illinois) (16-11, 4-8 Big 10 Starters) – Split with Young and Hayes. Has beaten everybody below him in rankings.

9. John Van Brill (Rutgers) (16-11, 2-6 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Parriott but lost to Danishek for his only loss below him in the rankings as things get tighter. He was 15 in the coaches rank while Parriott was 12

10. Griffin Parriott (Purdue) (13-8, 3-7 Big 10 Starters) – Things continue to get interesting as he has beaten Berger and Van Brill but lost to Danishek and Tucker so his seed could be in flux and if he gets hot he could make the backside very interesting

11. Jake Danishek (Indiana) (16-11, 2-4 Big 10 Starters) – Split with Tucker but won the most recent which was all the way back in December which was the dual. He is also ranked #21 in the coaches poll to give him another edge. Has beaten Parriott

12. Jacob Tucker (Michigan State) (20-13, 2-7 Big 10 Starters) – Split with Danishek and also beat Parriott. Had an RPI but no coaches rank.

13. Ryan Diehl (Maryland) (5-5, 0-3 Big 10 Starters) – Just breaking into lineup full time was very dangerous at 141 but seems to be a weight above where he should be because of Bannister

14. Garrett Model (Wisconsin) (8-10, 0-4 Big 10 Starters) – also breaking into the lineup since I guess Zander Wick is out for the season?

165 lbs. (projecting 7 qualifiers so no need to seed to 14 unless Brolsma and Campbell make big jumps)

1. Vincenzo Joseph (Penn State) (20-0, 6-0 Big 10 Starters) – Defending national champ without a loss. As much as I want to see every star matchup possible there is no way he is anything other than the #1.

2. Alex Marinelli (Iowa) (19-0, 8-0 Big 10 Starters) - #2 in coaches rank and also unbeaten, looking forward to it if it happens

3. Evan Wick (Wisconsin) (24-2, 5-2 Big 10 Starters) – only two losses all year are to Marinelli (#3 in coaches poll)

4. Isaiah White (Nebraska) (15-5, 8-3 Big 10 Starters) – lost to top three but beat everybody beneath him he faced

5. Logan Massa (Michigan) (15-4, 6-2 Big 10 Starters) – Beaten all below with only losses to above and clear separation in the coaches rank between #5 and #6 seed

6. Bryce MartinIndiana(17-7, 3-2 Big 10 Starters) – Next highest undefeated wrestler when you take out the top five seeds but did not hit any of the ranked coaches poll guys below him

7. Carlson Brolsma (Minnesota) (17-8, 5-3 Big 10 Starters) – undefeated against all the guys below him and has the ranked win against Gunther.

8. Joey Gunther (Illinois) (16-10, 1-5 Big 10 Starters) – undefeated against all below him, no head-to-head with Campbell as they are the last two remaining in coaches rank, beat Spadafora

9. Te-Shaun Campbell (Ohio State) (9-4, 1-2 Big 10 Starters) – undefeated against all below and final remaining who was in last coaches rank, defeated Moreland for conference win

10. Stephen Glasgow (Rutgers) (6-6, 1-2 Big 10 Starters) – looks slightly better than Spadafora but this may go to Maryland just because of more matches. Glasgow beat Hiles who beat Wysocki.

11. Philip Spadafora (Maryland) (11-15, 1-7 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Wysocki for only match among bottom 5 seeds

12. Austin Hiles(Michigan State) (12-13, 1-4 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Wysocki for conference win also has most wins of remaining three

13. Cole Wysocki (Purdue) (8-19, 0-9 Big 10 Starters) – Edge over Morland based on being starter for more of the year but they are close.

14. Tyler Morland (Northwestern) (4-6, 0-5 Big 10 Starters) – Not enough matches to really know where to put him, losing record

174 lbs. (projecting 8 with a possible 9 since Christianson appears to be coming back)

1. Mark Hall (Penn State) (22-0, 8-0 Big 10 Starters) – No. 1 in the country, beat Amine 3-2

2. Myles Amine(Michigan) (14-3, 5-1 Big 10 Starters) – Only undefeated in conference removing Hall and #4 in coaches rank, beat Lydy 5-3

3. Dylan Lydy (Purdue) (21-6, 7-2 Big 10 Starters) – Beat everybody except Hall and Amine, including Smith, Skatzka twice, Hughes, and Grello

4. Ryan Christiansen (Wisconsin) (14-5, 1-0 Big 10 Starters) – Interesting to see where they place him. Pinned Labriola who would have a pretty good cause for #3 seed without that result but I think has been out since Midlands. Wisconsin just did a profile on him that said he is looking forward to coming back for the postseason. If his resume was all second semester stuff he would be the #2 or #3 seed without any questions but how will missing so much time affect his seed?

5. Michael Labriola (Nebraska) (21-4, 5-3 Big 10 Starters) – Pinned vs. Christianson hurt since he only lost to Hall 5-3 and has beaten Skatzka twice who is #10 in coaches poll.

6. Devin Skatzka (Minnesota) (22-7, 6-4 Big 10 Starters) – Lost to Labriola twice but everybody below him except for Hughes. Ranked 10th coaches poll.

7. Ethan Smith (Ohio State) (14-8, 3-4 Big 10 Starters) – Very similar resume to Hughes but Smith had the edge in the latest coaches ranking

8. Drew Hughes (Michigan State) (22-11, 3-3 Big 10 Starters) – Similar to Smith except for coaches rank, has key win over Grello

9. Joseph Grello (Rutgers) (13-7, 2-3 Big 10 Starters) – Unbeaten after removing top eight in conference, win over Covaciu/Bowman and in position to get bid for the conference at #27 in coaches rank

10. Mitch Bowman (Iowa) (7-4, 2-2 Big 10 Starters) – Lost to Grello, beat Covaciu who is in coaches rank, also beat Ugalde in only matches against those below him

11. Jacob Covaciu (Indiana) (15-9, 0-6 Big 10 Starters) – seems low based off of being #26 in coaches poll but has now wins above him, including losses to Grello and Bowman (unranked in last release possibly due to descent and not enough matches at weight)

12. Josh Ugalde (Maryland) (5-10, 1-4 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Sebastian who has a coaches rank but does not have a win above him

13. Johnny Sebastian (Northwestern) (6-7, 1-5 Big 10 Starters) – In the last coaches rank at #33 but lost to Ugalde and only conference win is against James

14. Carver James (Illinois) (8-12, 0-7 Big 10 Starters) – No wins in the conference and losing record overall, including defeat against Sebastian who I can’t see moving up.

184 lbs. (projecting eight possible nine qualifiers which would get them to seed all)

1. Myles Martin (Ohio State) (16-0, 8-0 Big 10 Starters) - #1 in the country and undefeated

2. Shakur Rasheed (Penn State) (16-0, 3-0 Big 10 Starters) – Just sure how certain this is. He did beat ranked Embree and Reinheardt but missed Venz and Parker in scheduled duals. I think they only thing that helps him is he is undefeated and I don’t think you want them hitting in the semifinals and can’t justify a #6 seed for him because of limited results. I also don’t know how you bump him behind one of the next three and not the other two to make him the #3 and keep him in bottom half.

3. Taylor Venz (Nebraska) (17-5, 5-3 Big 10 Starters) – pinned Parker but lost to Wilke, coaches ranking have clear separation between Venz/Parker and Wilke. Two of his losses are to Martin.

4. Emery Parker (Illinois) (14-2, 4-2 Big 10 Starters) – beat Wilke head-to-head, pinned by Venz and loss to Martin are only defeats

5. Cash Wilke (Iowa) (17-3, 9-1 Big 10 Starters) – coaches have spoken to me on this one with seven spots between Parker and Wilke means they feel there is separation even if Wilke did beat Venz in overtime.

6. Cameron Caffey (Michigan State) (26-4, 3-3 Big 10 Starters) – Did himself no favors with loss to Lyon today as Embree is undefeated against everybody from this spot down but does not have a good win. Caffey’s 26-4 record is just too much to overlook and move any lower. Maybe this does end up being Rasheed’s spot but that just seems to ridiculous considering he doesn’t have a loss.

7. Jelani Embree (Michigan) (12-4, 3-1 Big 10 Starters) – Only wins are to Conley, Jasenski, and Devine but he does have a strong coaches rank

8. Max Lyon (Purdue) (20-9, 3-3 Big 10 Starters) – Boosted his case and complicated things with the win over Caffey today. Does have a loss to Gravina who I think will end up below him just based off of coming back from injury. Seeds 6-10 can definitely make this weight interesting to follow

9. Mason Reinheardt (Wisconsin) (18-10, 4-6 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Gravina and has a solid coaches ranking

10. Nick Gravina (Rutgers) (3-2, 2-1 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Lyon and Krone, Lost to Reinheardt but is just rounding into form and I think 10 would be a good seed for him but it could move up or down like pretty much everybody from 6 down.

11. Norman Conley (Indiana) (17-12, 2-5 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Jasenski and Krone who will go beneath him in addition to the win against Reinheardt, only guy remaining with winning record of last four to be seeded.

12. Brandon Krone (Minnesota) (8-13, 2-5 Big 10 Starters) – only two victories are against Jasenski and Devine in conference

13. Kyle Jasenski (Maryland) (10-13, 0-9 Big 10 Starters) – Wrestlestat had this incorrect, he did not beat Reinheardt but will still hold this seed over Devine as they did not wrestle during the regular season.

14. Brendan Devine (Northwestern) (0-18, 0-9 Big 10 Starters) – Beauty of the qualifiers is just one good weekend and he can book his ticket to Pittsburgh

197 lbs. (projecting 5 qualifiers so definitely will not seed to 14 but I did anyway)

1. Bo Nickal (Penn State) (21-0, 8-0 Big 10 Starters) – Clear separation to me

2. Kollin Moore (Ohio State) (15-1, 7-1 Big 10 Starters) – can’t really downgrade a guy past two in my opinion for losing to #1

3. Jacob Warner (Iowa) (13-2, 9-0 Big 10 Starters) – Did not face either of the top two, best win was probably against Schultz

4. Christian Brunner (Purdue) (17-7, 6-3 Big 10 Starters) – no head-to-head with Schultz but he looked a little more convincing in his scores than Schultz and has the higher coaches rank

5. Eric Schultz (Nebraska) (18-8, 6-4 Big 10 Starters) – Both Brunner and Schultz have case for #4, can settle in Big 10 quarterfinals as they will fill the 4-5 lines

6. Jackson Striggow (Michigan) (13-7, 6-4 Big 10 Starters) – last remaining coaches ranked wrestler and has not lost to any below him

7. Brad Wilton (Michigan State) (16-12, 5-4 Big 10 Starters) – One of four guys with an RPI only at this weight and pinned Correnti who also has an RPI to get this seed

8. Dylan Anderson (Minnesota) (13-8, 4-3 Big 10 Starters) – Both he and Correnti are undefeated from this point down, but he has the winning record and the most impressive win after this with the victory over Chakonis

9. Michael Correnti (Rutgers) (12-13, 2-5 Big 10 Starters) – wins against Kleimola and Breske

10. Zack Chakonis (Northwestern) (4-16, 2-7 Big 10 Starters) – two conference wins came against guys below him with winning records in Breske and Lee (who has an RPI and Chakonis won by fall)

11. Beau Breske (Wisconsin) (10-7, 2-6 Big 10 Starters) – wins Lee and Cappello

12. Andre Lee (Illinois) (15-12, 0-6 Big 10 Starters) – Got an RPI but lost to several people who did not a couple spots above him

13. Jake Kleimola (Indiana) (9-15, 1-7 Big 10 Starters) – Beat Cappello to leave no doubt

14. Niko Cappello (Maryland) (2-17, 0-8 Big 10 Starters) – Let it fly at Big 10s

6. Malik Amine (Michigan) (9-6, 4-5 Big 10 Starters) – another split with Oster who is lower than him but did beat Berge in the dual

7. Brady Berge (Penn State) (15-2, 3-2 Big 10 Starters) – He is the third highest ranked 149 Big 10 wrestler in the coaches poll but the loss to Amine really hurts since he did not face Thorn or Lugo

Amine beat Verk in the dual meet...no??

285 lbs. (projecting 8 seeds since Hemida is not going to garner a slot with not enough matches for an RPI and a loss this week which will prevent him from hitting his win % unless he does a tournament. That will make things very interesting depending on seeds because nobody from seed 10 down has beaten any of the top 9 and so depending on where random draw falls, some will not have to in order to qualify for NCAAs)

1. Gable Steveson (Minnesota) (28-0, 8-0 Big 10 Starters) – undefeated and coaches rank #1, also not sure 1 vs. 2 will matter in seeding since #3-#9 seeds are going to be crazy and I am not sure who you are going to get or if either of them can beat any of the top two

2. Anthony Cassar (Penn State) (20-1, 9-0 Big 10 Starters) – Looking forward to match if it happens

Seeds 3-9 (have all beaten up on each other, none has beaten Steveson or Cassar and none have lost to any of the seeds 10-14)

Records vs. Each other in tiebreak
Hillger (3-2): Won vs. Stoll, Hemeda, Singletary; Lost vs. Parris, Jennings
Singletary (3-2): Split vs. Parris, Won vs. Jensen, Jennings; lost vs. Hillger
Paris (3-3): Split vs. Singletary, Won vs. Hemida, Hillger, Lost twice vs. Jennings
Jennings(3-3): Won vs. Hillger, Parris (twice), Lost vs. Stoll, Jensen, Singletary
Jensen (2-2): Won vs. Stoll, Jennings; Lost vs. Hermida, Singletary
Stoll (2-2): Won vs. Hermida, Jennings; lost vs. Jensen, Hillger
Hermida (1-3) Won vs. Jensen; lost vs. Stoll, Parris, Hillger

Therefore:

3. Trent Hillger (Wisconsin) (19-4, 5-4 Big 10 Starters) – Hillger is tied for the best record in the group at 3-2 with Singletary but has beaten Singletary head-to-head and one of his other losses was in tiebreak which I think means they are basically even.

4. Chase Singletary (Ohio State) (17-5, 4-3 Big 10 Starters) – I think Singletary should be next off the board at #4 but don’t think he will be since his coaches rank is so low. However removing Hillger, his only other loss is to Parris in the dual and he did beat Parris earlier in the year at a tournament, but his loss is the more recent result

5. David Jensen (Nebraska) (14-4, 4-4 Big 10 Starters) – Has the loss to Hemida remaining and it looks like Hemida may be the #9 seed, but has beaten two of the other three (not Parris)

6. Sam Stoll (Iowa) (8-2, 5-2 Big 10 Starters) – Will have beaten two of the three remaining outside of him

7. Conan Jennings (Northwestern) (13-8, 5-5 Big 10 Starters) – Has two wins over Parris which is why I can’t have him higher if I was ranking since that is a definite result as opposed to a split where you aren’t sure who is better.

8. Mason Parris (Michigan) (25-5, 8-4 Big 10 Starters) – coaches rank is #5 which makes him seem low but honestly the only thing I am sure of after this is that Hemida is going to be the #9 seed at the weight

9. Youssif Hemida (Maryland) (9-5, 4-4 Big 10 Starters) – Probably far to make him #9 especially if he doesn’t qualify a spot for the conference

Now the rest…

10. Christian Colucci (Rutgers) (13-10, 2-5 Big 10 Starters) – has the only coaches rank in the group and is unbeaten in this section with wins against Aven and Miller

11. Fletcher Miller (Indiana) (8-6, 1-5 Big 10 Starters) – Lost to Colucci but beat Aven who has one of the two remaining RPIs in the group

12. Jacob Aven (Purdue) (10-17, 1-8 Big 10 Starters) – lost to Miller but beat Beard who is the other guy in this tier with an RPI

13. Chase Beard (Michigan State) (15-10, 1-5 Big 10 Starters) – Lost to Aven but beat Rachal for his only conference win

14. Deuce Rachal (Illinois) (8-16, 0-8 Big 10 Starters) – following the transitive property and arrive at Rachal who did not beat a starting guy in the conference this season

Team scores based on seeds

1. Penn State 139
2. Iowa 102
3. Ohio State 97
4. Michigan 94
5. Minnesota 87
6. Nebraska 77
7. Wisconsin 59
8. Illinois 50
9. Purdue 43
10. Northwestern 39
11. Rutgers 35
12. Michigan State 33
13. Indiana 16
14. Maryland 2.5

14. Alec McKenna (Northwestern) (8-10, 0-7 Big 10 Starters) – was the man all year long for Northwestern, will coaches reward that with 13 seed over Bertoni?

McKenna wasn't the starter for NW at 141 until Thomas moved up to 149 in January. Didn't wrestle a dual before that...

Nitpick aside, great job with this...

Thanks for the front work !!!

Wow. 133 & HWT are a total mess from 3 to 8/9-ish.

I would not be surprised to see B1G coaches knock Rasshed down from 2 seed, just because he missed so many prime matchups.

Personally, I would prefer to see RBY against DeSanto than Suriano. I think it is a better style matchup for him. PS: Nice work. Must have taken a while. A frustrating thing about the Big Ten Tournament is that there are so many good matches going on in early rounds that it is hard, if not impossible, to see many of them. Even more frustrating is when two or three PSU guys are wrestling at the same time.

Glad I’ll be in Minneapolis to keep my eye on everything

9. Mason Reinheardt (Wisconsin) (17-11 , 3-7 Big 10 Starters) – Bad loss to Jasenski but did beat Gravina and has a solid coaches ranking

13. Kyle Jasenski (Maryland) (11-12, 1-8 Big 10 Starters) – not really sure what to make of Reinheardt being his only conference win of the year in nine tries

14. Brendan Devine (Northwestern) (0-18, 0-9 Big 10 Starters) – Beauty of the qualifiers is just one good weekend and he can book his ticket to Pittsburgh
He won against Jasnewski.

Thanks for all the hard work. It also shows how hard it is to seed for BIGs (or NCAAs for that matter) when so many of the wrestlers don't wrestle each other.

I am sorry but no "regular" fan would put something like that together.

From heretofore forward I dub thee ''maniacalfan" . That was a very nice price of work my friend

Great write up. Thanks for putting it together. I’d rather see Joseph at the 2 seed. I think White is a bad matchup for him. Don’t get me wrong, Joseph can beat him. I’m looking at this from the viewpoint of a fan and the stress it causes me when I watch Joseph v. White matches. It’s all about me after all :)o_O

I feel the most interesting seeding will be where they seed Shakur, Lee and RBY.

I like how regularfan has it..we'll see how close it is to reality in a few weeks

White doesn't really scare me. If he opens up against Cenzo I think Cenzo beats him easily. He won't open up against him, though. He won't do anything to win which is why he will lose to Cenzo. The other alternative is to open up and get beat worse.

Oh no. We still expect your take. Get busy. Part of my post season tradition is reading your take on things. This is the best part of the season and reading multiple knowledgeable takes on the post season is part of the enjoyment.

This reminds of the old teaching line "show your work and neatness counts".
