As a lifelong Raider fan who used to live in Scranton, I take it as my fiduciary responsibility to provide you with updates about one our former great players. FYI - I am old enough to have seen the Raiders win all three of their Superbowls and watch Bo Jackson simply terrorize defenses for just a short while, but man have things been rough for a long, long, time!
The Raiders have not seemed to improve 1%! Even after all the money they spent and quality draft picks they reeled in. For that I blame Beth Mowins because I can. As opposed to hearing her voice I'd rather be trapped in an elevator with Kieth Oblerman!
The Raiders, under Derek Carr failed to make it past midfield in the first half. For that I blame the Obama administration because when he preached his message of CHANGE I thought he was talking about the Raiders!
When McGlon came in the second half after Carr hurt his throwing hand stiff-arming a defender (smart), the Raiders still did not get into Cincy territory until the start of the fourth quarter. I blame that on EL NINO before he even gets here! On a side note, we here in California seem to be the only ones rooting for El Nino to strike! It's dry here my brothers!
In the end, compared to the output in the first three quarters, McGloin had decent numbers: 23 of 31, 2TDs, 1 pick and 1 fumble that occured on a jailbreak sack.
However, it's starting to seem McGloin can run the offense better than Carr.
The Raiders still stink....for that I blame the entire city of Columbus, Ohio because those bucknut hillbillies reek way more than the Raiders ever could!
