As another poster pointed out- by Narduzzi saying he went "high road" he basically said Franklin went low road. He was taking a shot at PSU while claiming to be above it all.

Apparently Narduzzi's high road is not as high as he thinks. Most would consider it a subway given his prior comments, keychains, tweets about PSU and it's coaches, and the very negative recruiting he's been doing for the better part of the last year.

This next week will be telling for Pitt and the great Nardoozie. I though the game plan put together for State was very solid and Pitt appeared to be well coached on it. The shovel pass attack was certainly by design, but I do not think even Pitt thought they would be so successful for so long. Did the Pitt staff scheme all summer for State? Likely they did so it makes you wonder how they will hold up this week. Will the scheme be as solid or does Pitt slip back to reality? My money is on a slip, just like the Pitt D last year (or lack thereof) and their inability to come up with a gameplan to beat Northwestern. Perhaps old Nardoozie is more of a one trick pony type of coach who sells out for his Super Bowls. If that is all he has then Pitt is going to struggle to get to the top.

Of course, since OSU played and won this past Fri night, their extra day of preparation will be THE difference between these two national title contenders.
