Nassib - On track for a record breaking season for Penn State

Carl Nassib now has 10 sacks in just 6 games. That puts him on pace to potentially break the single season sack mark for Penn State. Not since the incredible years of Maybin, Hali and Evans have we seen such great performances at the defensive end position (while we have had consistently great performances from d-tackes, end has been sore spot for a number of years).

3. 13.5 Sacks - Courtney Brown ('99)
4. 12.5 sacks - Maurice Evans ('07) - 21.5 TFL
5. 12 sacks - Aaron Maybin ('08) - 20 TFL
6. 11 sacks - Tamba Hali ('06) - 17 TFL
7. 10 sacks - Carl Nassib ('15) - 25 TFL - 6 games
