Nassib Projected as Top B1G Breakout Player

Interesting.

As a unit, the 2nd team DL played pretty well last year (Cothran and Smith inside, with Nassib and Bars/Sickels at the ends).

With the loss of CJO, Barnes and Bars...this is the one area on D where it is most important for new guys to step up.

If Nassib and Sickels (along with Brown and whoever else makes the 2 deep) can put up numbers similar to Barnes/CJO, it would position this D to be equal to last year's (if not better).

Hull is a loss, but I think if they stay healthy, this year's LB trio could be fine, and the handful of young DBs who played last year should be ready to step in for Amos/Keiser.

Curtis Cothran will push Sickels at other DE. He looks the part too. Gonna have a nice deep 9-10 player rotation.Really looking forward to watching our D this year. It's like Back To The Future for PSU. Great D, with a frustrating offense to watch.

I think the D will be every bit as good as last years. I do expect the secondary to be better and faster. Hopefully get more picks :)
