These guys just went through a war against the number one ranked team in the country yet they look like they just stepped out of the shower and prepped for this pic. This team is in shape, healthy (Nicks freak injury aside) and rolling!!

Hopefully it's a good thing that Suriano isn't in a walking boot, right?
Jeff Byers said that Nick was carried out piggy back style by Jake Varner for the photo op.

And carried back to the locker room by Jake Varner.

anybody care to do a left to right, front, middle and back name thingy. thanks

What I really want to know is........ what excuse will they find to rank us #2 now?

:D:D:D

I'll give it a try.

Front row, kneeling or sitting, from left to right:

military guy, Zain, Carpenter behind Zain, Morelli to Carpenter's left, McCutcheon in front of Morelli, Suriano, ??? -- possibly Giannangeli, possibly Lindenmuth, or possibly Moss --, Hall with the trophy, Nolf, and Nickal

Center row standing, from left to right:

Coach Cody Sanderson, ?? -- either Caleb Livingston or Tristan Law --, Jimmy Gulibon, and Vincenzo Joseph

Back row, from left to right:

don't know, don't know, military guy, Cael Sanderson, don't know, Coach Jake Varner, Nick Nevills, can't tell (only see part of his face), don't know, Coach Casey Cunningham, don't know (possibly one of the managers), military man, military man, military man, Mike Moyer (Executive Director of the NWCA)

Roar probably can identify those that I could only give a probably, or did not know.

There are 13 wrestlers in the pic. Two of the three extras are Law and Morelli. Not sure on the third, who is between Suriano and Hall.

Tom... you forgot to mention trainer, Dan Monthly, next to Casey Cunningham. He happens to be Jason Nolf's personal nose stuffer.

Back row: Rick Kaluza - Sr. Assoc. AD and wrestling liaison, Mike Scroeder - Strength and Conditioning, Galen Dreibelbis (between Cael and Jake) - major donor, Adam Lynch (behind Nevills) - Manager of Wrestling Operations. The wrestler between Suriano and Hall is Dom Giannangeli.

LOL at Heil's quote. Describes how he had to stay pinned in order to not give up the 2.

I'm rooting for ABH at nationals. Anyone but Heil.

It's bull$hit like that which causes wrestling experts to laugh at Folk as "not real wrestling" and to laugh at Folk Officials as idiots who don't know their @ss from a hole in the ground in regards to the "actual" rules of wrestling, the "spirit" of those rules or their "intent" -- i.e., many Folk refs are too busy making absurd, bull$hit, tortured interpretations which favor their biased, desired outcome. Simply beyond absurd to claim that "pinning one's self" is preventing control, a TD or anything else. LOL... Doubly so for any iidiot that would call themselves an official by rewarding that bull$hit to the point where the wrestler did it a SECOND TIME in the 3rd Period it was such a smart and brilliant move (i.e., pinning one's self to avoid a TD???)?!?!?!

Interestingly, there is no video replay for a pin, right? It's one of those calls that if they mess it up the first time(or miss it 3 times), there's no recalling it as a pin. Cael can call the refs to the bench, but the call is never reversible.
