There's nothing restrictive about this bill. What it does do is it codifies election rules so that a county like Harris County can't do whatever the h@ll it wants, such as drive-thru balloting and ballot harvesting. That did not exist pre-pandemic. It's not going to exist post-pandemic. You feel? Alright then, walk like you talk.
