Just got off the phone with Rockford, Mich., three-star PK Quinn Nordin, who is the top ranked kicker in the 2016 class, and he will announce his decision 10:30 am ET on Friday. Penn State was his third offer and is one of four finalists along with Arizona State, Georgia and Michigan.
