The typical reduction is 25% (Field hockey is 33%, Men's Soccer is 25%, Women's Soccer is 25%, and Women's Volleyball is 25%, to mention several). I would expect the ballpark reduction to be the same for wrestling, or about 24 wrestlers per weight class.
