Starts at 125 with the quarterfinals and wrestlebacks. PennState has no one at 125 and 133 so it will be awhile before they begin wrestling.

Collica - OUT Stunner

HUGE kick in the balls for the Cowboys
 
We'll know better after this morning - how many of our guys advance through. Suriano probably would've been good for around 15 points. That's a lot to make up.

After this weight class PSU is looking like the favorite. Stallica, Kemerer and Smith losing is big.

A "lot to make up?"

Yep.....and they already did.

With Collica (also a 2 seed, IIRC) leaving the tourney with just2 points, Okie St lost all of the advantage they had gained through Suriano's injury.

PSU - as of now - clearly in the driver's seat

F'ers switched from Hall's match. Would like to have a look at him in the third. He needs to work on getting out from the bottom.

Hall is back on.

4 for 4 now. Misspoke earlier. Nice win.
 
Only lose Gulibon from this team. Going for #6 of the last 7 national championships and just getting started.

Where's the guy who wrote Gulibon was good at losing?? Jimmy's strong showing in the consolation rounds may be huge.

Edit: I just checked the Penn State Wrestling Club site which shows current points and maximum potential points. Things are leaning in favor of our guys but there's still the matter of going out and winning matches. Awesome effort by our guys thus far.
