I think this informs the decision to use the Beav for more events outside football. However, PSU needs to protect the grass surface so doing this at the Beav this close to the season could be a problem.

I know many different fan bases love to claim that they're the most loyal and have the best support for their teams but nobody - absolutely no fan base - matches up with Nebraska. Don't they have the record for the most consecutive football sellouts - something like 6 or 7 decades without looking it up and that's including some really lousy teams over the last couple of decades

They do have a sellout streak (or did), but some wealthy alums had to start buying the tickets and giving them away to keep it going.
