Those guys are Vince Lombardi compared to Yurcich. Does that guy even game plan?
And when is he going to freakin figure out that Lee is NOT a fullback. On short yardage, Yurcich should be telling Lee to stop with the pussy footed dancing, run straight ahead, knock some people over, and make his OWN holes.
PSU ran the ball more than they passed on worst pass defense in college football that is all you need to know about this coaching staff. Clifford could have had 500 yards passing in this game if they just throw the ball to 5 even in those bad conditions.
Pry’s defense can’t do it all. I’ve never understood all of the love for Yurcich. He sucked at Texas and now he sucks here. I say retain him though. I’m tired of changing offenses every year.
Maybe it isn’t MY. Maybe the head coach needs to get his paws off the offense and let it go. The constant push to run the ball comes from Franklin. Any OC with the type of offense that MY has would throw it 75 times per game and be fine. The constant 1 yards runs point at Franklin being to stubborn to just say screw the run until we fix it in the off season.
PSU ran the ball 26 times (22 adjusted for QB sacks). PSU passed the ball 34 times (38 adjusted for QB sacks).
Math much?
What is your evidence that Franklin is demanding to run the ball?
What is your evidence that he isn’t?
I hear the way Franklin talks about running the ball and thus have a thought that he could be the one pulling those strings. It just doesn’t make sense that a guy that’s livelihood is based on running good plays would keep going back to a slow developing run that NEVER works.

Yeah, that’s the solution…let’s go out and get ANOTHER new OL coach. We seem to change them every other year and that plans worked out flawlessly.
Run blocking last year wasn’t great, but it was at least good. Three years, three OCs. Maybe try some stability to allow the players to adjust and allow Trautwein to recruit the guys he wants.
I read English enough to know that you use of maybe was implied r it hat is what you thought. It’s ok man. You are like Franklin and just push blame. Probably would have been better to say you went a little far when you called me out and be done with it.
