Negativity vs construction

Not trying to open or add to Pandora's box here and while sometimes I can appreciate our fan's frustration and afterall this is a message board to vent, discuss, inform, etc. I'd really like to identify the concerns but then start discussions on the reality and potential resolve to some matters. For example, the decommiting of DT's. Both sides so to speak have viable concerns but with this what is our current roster of players at the position, who are the incoming recruits and who might have been injured and coming back. The thread on a 3-4 defense possibly being a focus more is a good example. I feel this would help educate much more and hopefully start some very good conversations. Just a thought...
