In addition to the offer that went out to 2016 four-star Rontavius Groves in Tennessee over the weekend, Class of 2017 Murfreesboro (Tenn.) Oakland athlete JaCoby Stevens also reports an offer. Stevens is a 6-foot-2, 200-pound prospect with offers from several schools, including Alabama, Auburn and LSU.
