I'm hoping the PA law is amended or goes away soon and PSU has total freedom in using NIL to recruit. Ira being in charge of "Success with Honor" and having DT on the board is certainly a good start. That goes beyond the AD and President even though.

As for Pat Kraft, if Cael asks for something, give it to him. Otherwise, just let the man work.
