I know Dylan mentioned this being close yesterday, but after discussions with sources he and I have officially logged our FutureCasts in favor of Penn State for Rivals250 cornerback Brandon Finney. Landing Finney would be a big get for the Nittany Lions as he has long been at the top of their cornerback board.
