Probably for the kids from cpi down the street to help with heavy equipment needs lol. Great place to put a gym. Looks like we're cornering the market with M2 and this gym lol. What will iowa do lol

That's a lot of star power potential to run through centre county. The concentration of talent, training facilities, training partners, coaches, etc that these pieces could bring together is awinspiring.
What's left to do? Media and apparel maybe?

Joining with American Top Team will be huge to get the fighters from FL to train in PA as well.Sounds like the place will be big 60,000 square feet
It’s right behind M2. Athletes will enter the same entrance as M2 wrestlers do. Construction began Thursday afternoon. P Gap is the”go to” training center. Pretty cool too watch who comes and goes almost daily.
I'm curious how these guys are getting the financing to get these projects up and running. Loans? Private investors? No hidden agenda here, just curious.

Bo Nickal wants to dive headfirst into his MMA career once his Olympic dreams are behind him, and he’s already got a plan in place to get started.
I don’t get the sense that the Nickals are very destitute, so family money may also be involved.

1032004, Thank you for posting that article. I had not seen it before. This statement by Bo caught my attention: “The program I come from at Penn State is very structured, meticulous and detailed with our workouts . . ." It would be fascinating to know the details of their off-season and in-season training schedule/routines. Whatever it entails, one thing we know for sure; it works 😎

Bo - Not really but I'm well known locally. In fact I'm well known all around. Here is a video reference from my friend Nick Gravina from New Jersey when he visited me here and another from my good friend Myles Martin when I worked with him in Cleveland one March.
Banker - Impressive! What do you need the money for?
Bo - I want to build a building so I can get better at punching people in the face then Wrestling them to the mat and make them submit to my application of pain.
