I am sure he has decided to test the First Amendment when it comes to AI generation and social media. i think there needs to be consideration given to AI-generated content as it gets better and is impossible to know if it is satire or not (when using images and voices). So it is kind of a NIL issue. it will be an interesting case. But I think, directionally, no effing way would it be considered constitutional. Here he seems to say it has to be a "deep fake". I am not sure how that can be defined in legal terms but he does say parody is alive and well.
