This is an article about the programs that could put together the best starting 22 for players in the NFL that were drafted. #4 won't make people happy but I thought it was an interesting read.

Penn State was one of the teams that "just missed the cut" as they point to us not having an elite NFL QB. Same problem for Florida, FSU, Nebraska, Ohio State & Oklahoma
