In that case, try I-80 WBI'm coming from Wilkes-Barre and won't be able to leave until 5:00. I am cutting it close, but just curious if I could make it to Bellefonte in under 2 hrs. Doesn't sound like construction is an issue.

I went to the OSU game from the Wilkes-Barre area and don't recall a single section of lane restrictions heading west or east.
