Penn State has begun the recruting process with Noah Locke out of Baltimore. Chambers and staff will be monitoring Noah as the months and years go on. 2018 top 150 prospect. Noah and Cam Reddish are the two 2018 guards so far Chambers and staff are currently recruiting. Long way to go here, but a very nice prospect in Noah Locke and it never hurts to get in on a player and develop that relationship early, good move, in my opinion.
