Not sure if we need a new thread for all of these, but word is Wooten...

Has transferred to Duquesne. 'Word' being twitter....FWIW.

I hope he did. I am sure he wants to play! He seemingly was not going to here except for injuries.

Whoops, looks like it's been posted. Damn, I even checked first. Damn my 20-10 vision to hell!!!

Possible, but Wooten also has a one-time transfer exception at his disposal.

Hold on a second, we lost one kid to Oklahoma, but the other two to Duquesne and Delaware? Just wondering out loud exactly the level of talent that we are losing? Lewis was not getting the playing time, Reeder was a starter, but did not project as a starter in 2016, and Wooten was

Unless Franklin fills the slots with quality recruits, better off having the kids stay. No more Riehner redux.

I can't believe I'm saying this but I agree w/Art. No offense Art! :)

I wonder if one could assume that CJF has at least TWO quality LB recruits who will sign in 2016, Ferns and Hansford?

Wooten didn't play much and was passed over by the young'uns. Makes sense he would transfer. Expect more of this if Franklin brings in highly recruited classes. At least they are graduating before leaving. I wish the best for Wooten.

I would take a "Riehner" grad transfer at DT in a heartbeat. A physically mature kid that would not have started at a good program and can come here and be a 2nd team DT. Would be more valuable at DT since DT's rotate normally where as OL's play continuously for continuity unless there are injuries. would be a stop gap until CJF hopefully can get a couple high end 2017 DT recruits that can play as true freshmen along with Dwumfour and Jordan after they redshirt.

HAHA he was horrible, a desperate move at a desperate time for BOB.

One thing all of these guys have transferred have in common? SLOW

Shame. He was better than the coaches thought. Looks like CJF is clearing the way for Class Of 2017 scholies.

I obviously don't know the kid personally, and from afar he seems like a fine son to someone...never got in trouble, graduated. But you and I must have been watching different games.

How about some of those "oversigns" from SEC schools - they probably were 4-stars and couldn't fit in ;)
