Also on Saturday night (7:30pm EST on Flo), is Iowa vs Okie St in “Bout at the Ballpark” in Texas.

When was the last time it was packed? The fans are still mad Gable said his favorite place to wrestle is Iowa City.
There’s plenty of real things to be mad about here. I don’t think I’ve heard this mentioned more than once or twice lol.

When season started I stated that District 11 was real deep this year . They just swept the Team Duals. BECA, Nazareth, Notre Dame and Saucon Valley all in finals .
I couple of side notes.
Crookham had tough bout in quarters against Boiling Springs Karper 2-0.
I mentioned him before , the Freshman to watch from the area is Nate Desmond 106 of BECA.
I think he's 34-1; 18 pins 6 techs 6 majors. He is a hammer. 🔨

Watched part of the duhO$U-Minny dual.... Swenson (sp?) gave Karchla everything he wanted after falling behind early. Karchla gassed in the 3rd and barely hung on.... the Minny kid is a scrapper.

Agreed.

Kharchla did not look too good vs Carlson. He didn't seem to have the gas tank to win NCAAs.

I think Mizzou's 165 O'Toole may wear him out. Cal Poly's Wick may similarly prevent him from finishing shots, wear on him, and then turn the tide in the 3rd period.

Hamiti can also go the full 7 minutes plus.

Marinelli and Griffith could also adjust to turn there Ls this season to Ws.

Sasso looks to be tOSU's only wrestler likely to make the NCAA finals.

Hamiti pinned the kids from Minn.I think.

Definitely a posterior elbow dislocation for Brayton Lee. Better than a wrist fracture but still gonna be out a while. Looks like they did pop it back in immediately though that will limit the swelling. Most likely out for Big Ten's although I guess he could enter and injury default with hopes that he would be OK for NCAA's. Not a lot of time though...
